Customer Service Officer (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Requirements
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Good communication and contact handling skills 
  • Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different type of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent preferred
  • Spoken & Written Language: English and Malay (if you can speak another language too, that’s awesome)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Updates customer records in the system
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the issue; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Prepare potential products or service feedback by collecting and analyzing customer information and satisfaction survey to management
Designer (1 position)
Requirements
  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • Photography and Video production skills
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Diploma/Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Media or related field is a plus
  • Spoken & Written Language: English and Malay (if you can speak another language too, that’s awesome)

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Marketing Communications Officer
  • Study project briefs and determine requirements
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop artworks (e.g. posters, logos, videos using software) for various marketing mediums
  • Ensure final products are visually appealing and on-brand
Human Resource Executive, HR (1 position)

Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a highly visible role
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Honest, ethical, and dependable
  • Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
  • Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
  • Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
  • Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite and various HR software programs including HRMS
  • Spoken & Written Language: English and Malay (if you can speak another language too, that’s awesome)

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with immediate reporting Reporting Officer (RO) to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the mosque and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from the team
  • Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
  • Continually educate employees on mosque policies
  • Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on mosque climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
  • Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure Department Heads and employees are properly connected
  • Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
Mosque Religious Officer, MRO (1 position)
Requirements
  • Fluent in Malay, English & Arabic
  • Multi-tasking and independent

  • Able to work during weekends

  • ARS Certified

  • Degree in Islamic Studies

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & coordinate daily prayers and other prayers

  • Attend to queries from jemaah and guests of the mosque

  • Conduct Tazkirah 

  • Conduct & coordinate syarahan and seasonal events
  • Prepare reports & duties as assigned by Head of Department

Operations Executive (1 position)
Requirements
  • Knowledgeable in building management

  • High initiative and able to work independently
  • Physically active
  • Meticulous (Pays great attention to detail)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Higher Nitec/Diploma
  • Spoken & Written Language: English and Malay (if you can speak another language too, that’s awesome)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Corporate Service (CS) Department in running day-to-day operations

  • Maintain mosque’s infrastructure, equipment, facilities
